The year is 2010. In the month of October, Domestic Violence Awareness Month, I did a series of radio shows entitled, The Thump Domestic Violence Project, to help spread DV awareness.

The shows consist of (1)survivors talking about their experience with domestic violence/abuse,
(2) helpful info/discussion on/about domestic violence, and (3) poetry on the subject of domestic violence/abuse. WARNING: The stories, discussions and poetry are REAL AND RAW.

Also, I created the, The Thump Domestic Violence Video. The video has brought people closer,
thus, creating a support system. The DV Video is being watched, heard and felt. The video is doing it’s intended purpose…IT IS MAKING A CHANGE!
